Terms of Service

This Terms of Service (the "Agreement") is a condition of the use of the Supertote SMS App (hereinafter referred to as the "App") provided by Automatic Systems Limited (the "Company").
You agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement including the Terms of Use and Privacy Statement prior to your use of the App. If you have not already done so, to use the App you will need to have registered for a Supertote teletote account ("account"). You must be at least 18 years of age and have understood and agree to these Terms of Service before registering for an account here: https://supertote.mu/register.

The Company reserves the right, at any time, to change, modify, add or remove the terms of this Agreement by posting the amendments on this page. If you continue to use the service, you are deemed to have accepted the changes. If you do not agree to any of these Terms of Service at any time, you should cease using the App immediately.

Right to use:
The Company grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App only for private and non-commercial purposes. The user clearly understands that the right to use does not imply the sale, transfer or assignment of any rights or ownership of the App to the user. The Company will retain all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement.

Ownership:
The copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, other intellectual property rights, title or other rights of the App and its related works are owned by the Company and/or its assigned. You may not reproduce, distribute, alter, modify, edit, or use in any other form or use for any purpose, without the prior written consent of the Company.

Terms of Use:

Software update:
This App will be automatically updated at from time to enhance its feature set. You accepts and agrees that this Agreement shall apply to all subsequent versions of the App, unless additional terms have been attached to the individual update.

Privacy Policy Statement:
In order to register and account with Supertote and in order for the Company to continually improve its service to its users, the company will collect the user's personal information for reference and statistics. The following statement describes how the Company will use, process, collect, share, transmit, and protect the user's information.

Personal data collection:
The Company collects the following personal information upon account registration in strict compliance with the Data Protection Act:

Disclosure of personal data:
The personal data provided by the user to the Company will be kept confidential. Such information may be disclosed to the employees, regulators, service providers and advisers who provide the services (or they may access or know such information) to assist in the purpose of collecting the information. The user's personal information is available to the Company for direct promotion and marketing purposes. The user may request the cessation of any personal data used for the direct promotional purposes described above. Data security:
The Company will take all reasonable care and measures to prevent the user's personal information from being lost or misused and changed, whilst stored by the Company.  However, ASL shall not be liable for any act or omission on the part of its employees and the employee shall indemnify and hold ASL harmless against any claim arising as a result of the act, omission or faute or negligence on the part of its employees or préposés. Additionally, the Company can not he held liable for any loss of data whilst in transit between the user and the Company via third party systems.

Data retention:
Unless specifically provided by law, the Company will take all reasonable and practicable steps to remove your personal information after the purpose of the initial collection of information is completed.

Revision and termination of contract:
The Company may at any time revise this Agreement. If there is any amendment to the contract, the user will be notified when the signing into the App. The amendment to the contract will take effect immediately after the notice is made by the Company. This procedure may be discontinued if the user does not agree to a newly revised license agreement or is unable to comply with the newly revised agreement for any reason. The Company reserves the right to stop at any time, change the contents of the program services, limit the user's account services, without prior notice. Users may also terminate this Agreement at any time, but must immediately delete the App. If the user violates any of the terms of this Agreement, the use of the App will automatically terminate.

Disclaimer:
The Client understands and agrees to assume all risks at the time of use of the App and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied Including, but not limited to, safety, reliability, correctness, completeness, validity, suitability for specific purposes, safety and other related defects, errors or errors, rights infringement, and so on.

Limitation of Liability:
The Company or any employee shall not be liable for damage resulting from any negligent or grossly negligent act or omission relating to any form of betting for which they are not responsible either directly, vicariously or in any way.

Other rules:
This Agreement is entered into and construed in accordance with the laws of the Mauritius. If any part of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the other parts. In the use of this App, the user agrees to obey the exclusive jurisdiction of the Mauritius courts or comply with the relevant legal provisions of the country.
